hydrochloric for diy KH test

i would like to build my own KH monitor system and i am following this :http://www.reefedition.com/a-diy-alkalinity-test-by-randy-holmes-farley/
but i want to get more idea of the hydrochloric
i am not sure how to use it
i found hydrochloric acid industrial grade
but there is no information about it if its 0.1N or 0.1M or anything
the guy who sell it don't know much about it
he say it might be 33% hydrochloric
he send me photo of the jar but no information as well
the cost is 30L around 40$

how can i know if its going to work or not ?

That's not the best material to use since it isn't a well-measured concentration.

It's also way more than you need. Thousands of alk tests. It's probably about 10 M. 33% is about 10.5M.

if i don't find any option that will work for now ?
also so i need to dilute it and maybe 1L of it will last me for ever after i dilute it right?

Yes, diluting 1 L of 10.5 M to 0.1 M will give 105 liters!

I use hcl from Amazon for kh director. Pretty cheap.
