Hydroid ID

Found this hitchhiker on a new frag of mine. Trying to figure out if it’s a hydroid. There were a few others on but I pulled them with tweezers/covered in glue. Just want to know what it is so I can take the proper steps.

That’s looks more like a feather duster than a hydroid
