Hydroid Jellyfish

I recently saw some strange critters swimming in my tank. Looked like a tiny jellyfish and from what I can determine, they are Hydroid Jellyfish. Can anyone tell me if these are harmful to a reef tank? Mine has only been set up about one month. Thanks!

Your ID sounds right. Hydroid Jelly Fish die off as the tank matures, they are a newer tank phenomena, the hydroids are also harmless.
