If it’s on the super glue then try to pry right above the superglue
 
Look and see if the Aiptasia is on the plug or the “Zoa plate”

I appreciate all your advice! I looked at the plug and I think I can do it. It is on a slab that's glued to the frag plug, and the zoa hasn't grown onto the actual plug, so I shouldn't be cutting the zoa. I don't have any frag plugs, so I'll have to go to the lfs and get some.

To answer some of your questions, I got the frag from a not so lfs, about 3 hours away. My lfs would probably help me out with it though. But I think I might try it myself. You've convinced me!
