Hydroid or Jellyfish Polyp

I feel like I've seen this one posted before but can't find it.

Is this the polyp stage of some kind of jellyfish,,, hydroid,,, should I be concerned?
Handful of these in my chaeto/pods QT about to go into my DT.
They attach to the glass with their tentacles (I guess) then swim around when disturbed.
Maybe 4-5mm long.

Thanks... so, I take if that could mean any number of different species but, basically, I don't want them in my tank.
