So I had an isolation tank set up for an aggressive maroon clown, she was placed back in dt when I got back from vacation, but the algae went crazy! I've been trying to figure out a way to transfer the plethora of pods from this tank to the dt as this is my tank for my sump build, so I left it dark to kill off some algae. I just turned the lights on and saw these. They were there last week but not nearly as large or plentiful. Anyone know what they are? Also looks like I have an aiptasia that sprung up as well. (Last pic) Will be a good snack for my butterfly!

I should also mention they contract and move on their own as well.
