Hydroids?? Irritating Zoas...Help!!!

While inspecting my tank before the lights came on this morning I noticed these (hydroid?) on my zoa rock.

How to I eradicate these without losing my Zoas? They become near invisible when I removed the rock to a separate container with tank water to attempt to remove manually with tweezers.

Any help is appreciated. TIA!

Thank you for the quick response. I will try the HP dip tomorrow, as I went to town with tweezers and a soft brush this morning removing the larger ones. Will update in a day or two.
