Hydroids Medusa Stage help

I believe I just discovered a couole bad guys in my tank. Couldn't get a pic of the flatworm but did some research on it. The 2nd of the two is shown in my not so great photo but in searching for it I found it to be a medusa stage hydroid and he is warned about but no other info on it.

Thoughts and suggestions to get rid of it is appreciated.

Does it show up as broken or just not viewable? It should be a standard JPG. I can see it but I'm viewing it with the phone that uploaded it.
