Hydroids or something else?

Excuse the picture quality but can someone give an honest opinion on this stuff? They look like tiny polyps and are starting to crowd out my acro's. I really dont want to rip my rockwork apart so I was hoping you guys might have a better solution.

It looks like clove polyps, very invasive

If they are clove polyps, you may wan to rip it apart ASAP, before it gets worse.

Febenzadole treatment would be my option, but does need a lot of research first and only used as last resort.
