Hydroids? Some sort of slime?

First post, please forgive format errors. Just spotted these on my live rock; any and all help greatly appreciated.

Definitely looks like hydroids, to me. I have them in my tank as well.

Yep, definitely hydroids, the central stalks extending from the disks are one of their key characteristics

The pink thing is a harmless sponge
