I have what I believe to be a type of colonial Hydroids in several spots in my tank. They don't bug me to bad now as my tank is pretty bare coral wise. Just a few here and there. I'm wondering however if there is a good way to get rid of them without taking out the rock and giving it an acid bath.

Here's a photo of what I'm talking about. they're in the left/center of the pic.

Got any ideas?
 
I have heard of people having luck nuking them with kalk paste.
 
+1 thats what i did kalk paste and it did work till i put some new rock in from a friend and got it again.LOL
 
Duh, should have thought of that... Thanks for chiming in. I appreciate it. Let's hope it works.
