Anyone know if this are hydroids and are the type that need to get out of my tank asap

No mine are different from them
Sort of remind me of yellow palys in a way

I should point out that I'm talking about the things in the center of the pics

Yes, they are hydroids and they may or may not become a problem. You can try to cut the colony off the rock by cutting below it, or you can try smothering them in super glue. I have had them in one of my tanks for years and they have never become a problem.

Thanks bongo
Might try covering them in reef putty

I have a few in my tank in one spot. They don't seem to spread so I just leave them be. Like yours they are kinda of a greenish/yellow.

Just found these on a rock from my sump
Hydroids???????

Definitely look like hydroids to me. Whenever I see them on a new rock I will cover them in super glue and that takes care of them assuming I get them all covered.
