Hydroids?

I really hope I'm wrong, but I've noticed quite a few of these things popping up in my 4mth old 75 gal tank. It's currently stocked with three fish, a BTA, and some hermit crabs. Are these things branching Hydroids? and do I need to kill them before adding corals? (If so, any good ideas besides tearing everything down?) These photos were taken with my camera's micro feature, so they are very very very tiny. The whole branching colony here is smaller than a pencil eraser.

Yea, kinda looks like it. Look up fenbendazole and hydroids.
