Hydros Controller Breathing Red

Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out why my Hydros X4 is “breathing” red/pink. I’ve taken all steps on the website and for all accounts it seems to me communicating to the cloud as I can check the status remotely. I’m not sure what to do or what is causing it from. Can anyone please help me? Outside of that, everything is working fine.

I haven’t had that problem. Last week I kept getting messages that it wasn’t connected to the cloud. Everything was lit the way it should be. You could send a message to Hydros, they’re pretty quick at answering.

Reboot the unit and if that doesn't work reboot your router.

Did you check the app to see if theres a firmware mismatch/collective being broken?
Rebooting won't fix those issues

Try turning off the leds in the settings then back on

Hydros is running firmware 286, is that what you’re showing under properties?

It is. I can check the status when I’m at work.

So everything look's normal on the home screen with no mention of collective mismatch etc?
I don't have the option to update to your firmware (mine is 286 config 49) so I'm not entirely sure what's going on.
@n2585722 is the resident hydros expert (from memory) so hopefully he will know what's going on

I wasn’t aware there was an update to 289, it didn’t notify me this time. I just updated it.

My understanding is that was an optional update so normal notifications not given

Breathing red normally means no wifi connection. If that were the case it would not be accessible except in bluetooth mode. Sure it is not flashing red?
