I cannot see it priced that low since the Launch is going to sell around that price and it is a entry level controller close to an X4.

This has been posted before. That price is unrealistically low. I suspect that vendor is just setting up a placeholder on their website so that they are ready for orders when it is unreleased, and took a random guess at possible price. Or if you are more cynical, they intentionally put a ridiculously low price to drive traffic to their website.
