I just gave up on mine, At least it got rid of the power packs to just a single one. Cool gear just not worth the hassle and support is all but worthless. Shame to as I was gonna look into a control 4 as well but Ive heard the same thing, and the only people that are happy are the ones that got it for free.

I feel you man. Because I feel the same as well. I thought this thing is a game changer, but the APP and customizability really sucks. The only thing it did is getting rid of the power brick. That's all. When pairing with the Gyre I lost basically all the original flow pattern.
@dbq5anlxj I'm pretty sure it does run in reverse, mine kicks on to that program in a bit(it's still on the night program) and I'll check. Mine seems to be working great, has Carlos helped you out? He was great with me. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed and I had mine pretty messed up so he finally just said "give me your password and I'll access your WE and fix it". He did that and it works great now.
One thing I've noticed is it seems if you setup a program and get one thing wrong it won't work correctly and I'm still not sure exactly what I do get wrong sometimes. I've set up a program and it works great, go to set up another one and it won't run and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I usually just delete it and try again and that seems to work-sometimes....

Thanks for the reply John. I did contact him but did not get the customer experince you get haha. When I set up ocean swell mode those pulse 4 pumps never run reverse (of course I did chose allow for reverse)and the pump speed is somehow constant not changing much.

Hey John. Today I messed around with the WE again. I did see the pump is running reverse under oceanswell mode. It's just the software is not showing negative percentage when running reverse. Thanks for the help
Shoot man, I totally forgot about this! Sorry about that. I'm glad you're seeing they are running in reverse. If you set the run time for a shorter amount of time you'll notice them ramping up/down/into reverse more easily. When I first set mine up I had the cycle set to run like 15 minutes or something, when I turned it down to 2 minutes I noticed them ramping up/down and into reverse much more easily. It takes a bit to figure out the WE but IMHO it is definitely worth the price/learning curve. I'm happy with mine.
