Hygger-957 72 Watt Help

I've got this Hygger-957 light that I'm struggling to set even with reading about how to set it. I think I can figure how to set the settings....i think, but I'm wondering about the schedule, colors, intensity, time of each. Not really sure about what settings would be best for a 24 hr day. Currently I just added the bacteria and ammonia so starting my cycle. Thank you!!

I struggled with the same problems. Unfortunately with a loss of power the light will reset. I gave up and set the time only and used the default settings for day and turned off night.
