It's no secret that Bubble Tip Anemones love to bury their foot in rock crevices.

But let say, we have a tank where there is no sand, no rocks ... Are we saying that it won't be happy hence it will slowly melt? Let say all water parameters are all checks out pristine.

Just curious that's all.

I mean even with liverocks, it may not find crevices that fits its foot or perhaps the crevices is near the flow that it doesn't like or too bright lighting.

I have seen bubble tips in baskets living happily but I don't know how long. Other than that, I feel like it will find a spot and place itself there until you disturb it or it feels like moving again.

Unless someone has done it, we don't know. I think it will do just fine without live rocks.

You may have to watch your overflows, power heads etc as it searches for a nice home
