So these are some sort of white little bugs coming out of polyp holes too! Seen these on my two black Tahitian clams that are now gone.

The shape of the isopod, in the first pic, looks like an Anthurid; they won't damage coral. Pics out of water are really hard to use for an ID. I can't make out what the little white things are.

The one of coral is still in water, seems like they have a hard Shell. Thanks for info.

I agree with above it is a type of Anthurid isopod. They are predatory on smaller animals like other pods. But doubt it would mess with your corals.
