I’m getting a Tang !!!

I’m getting a Two Spot bristle tooth tang !
( I know how to keep and have tangs but want more info anything helps)

- what do I need to know
- feeding
- what I need to watch out for
- can they be with others tangs
- what is there best prevention for them not getting sick
-Reef safe ? The should be ???

1) usually at least 70 gallons for that tang. They're usually fine with things in the tank before them but not always added after
2) nori is good. Emerald entree. Reef frenzy. Ocean Nutrition Formula 2. Things with a lot of algae. They do eat quite a bit of meat when they're little and they keep eating it as they get older in tanks but they eat more and more algae as it's critical to continued health
3) watch out for aggression (particularly with other tangs) and disease (they can get most fish diseases and ate probably right in the middle of the fish spectrum as far as disease resistance)
4) other tangs it really depends. They are one of the less aggressive tang types, and they'll likely leave other non bristletooth tangs alone. They don't like bristletooth fish in general though like salarias blennies. Other tangs are likely to bully it though as it's one of the smaller of the species
5) quarantine if you can, but for disease prevention if you aren't, good diet, not overcrowding the tank, maintaining water quality, and appropriate tank size are good
6) they should be reef safe.
