I am Lost??? In my Sump!

I have been doing a lot of research for my new 350 Reefer and came across a lot of feedback that the Sump isn't any good and you need to modify?

It got quite confusing - any owners out there that can point me in the right direction of what I do or don't need to do please?

I have the 250 reefer, and I think the sump is great! I did add a protein skimmer and some bio media, but tank is doing great. My nitrates are high, so I just purchased a sulfur denitrator, since I don't have a refugim to help, will update shortly on this unit. Your fine, but we all like to mess with our sumps!!

It depends on what do you want to do with sump, I think for the typical set up you are good to go, but some people want to add a lot of equipment in the sump thats why they end up modifying it. If you can share the feedbacks of what makes it a bad sump and what modifications are usually made so we can help you more, because the question is very vague.
