Hey guys I am having trouble finding some help with bulbs. I am using some bulb call reefglow 150mh HQI 15k. Here is the ballast I have now:

I want a bulb that isn't 100% white but has a little blue in the bulb. I am running two 65w PC antinics I think 450nm. I was going to try phoenix but was told it would be really blue with my type of ballast. Can you guys recommend a good bulb and where to buy it? I got my fixture through http://www.catalinaaquarium.com

Thanks
Dave

i would go with a pheonix and if it's too blue change out the actinics for some whiter bulbs

You can do the ushio 14K it is not as blue as teh PHNKs but I belive the Par value is higher on the PHNKs, if you have that actinic supplementation and 10K bulb would be fine IMO, and I think the ushio 10 is the bast par you can check this site and try and find a ballast that is comparable to your, http://www.reeflightinginfo.arvixe.com/

good luck, and I have 14K PHNKs if you want? Do you have a 10K bulb maybe we can trade?
