I am worried about my acan

So I bought this frag 1-2 weeks ago and yesterday I noticed some brown marks in 1 head of the colony... While I was taking photos I saw something in the back of the colony and it seems like the skin came off... Is my acan OK???

Parameters:
salinity 1.022
Nitrates at 5ppm
Alk 7,9
Calcium 400
Phosphates are high but stable for over 2 weeks at 0.25ppm(tested with salifert test kit)

Looks ok to me. Maybe a little upset but that should just be from you touching them.

i think it's not fully opening and i see some brown marks in one of it's heads...Also i might be paranoid but i think i saw a tiny part of its flesh coming out...
