My purple tang broke off his scalpels in the side of my unicorn tang. Should I remove it or leave it?

I would probably leave it and watch it closely. Removing it could do more harm along with the added stress. If I saw signs of inflammation I would take action, otherwise it will probably just work itself out on it's own and heal up. Tank looks healthy as all get up so I'm sure it should heal on it's own.

I set a trap in the tank, but couldn't get the unicorn to commit to it. I love the trap though, had my blonde Naso, Copperband, Purple tang, Magnificent Fox face in the trap at one time.
