So I bought my first coral a zoanthid. Which they told me would be the easiest to take care of im just wondering how much light it will need

What kid of lighting do you have? Zoas will do ok in lower lighting. In my experience if the lighting is too low they seem to morph a little bit on me and grow slow.

I have a basic one that came with the tank and then on the other side i have a 50/50 sunreef it looks blue. Nothing crazy. Thats the reason I went with a zoa. Since it was the easiest with the kind of light I have

The factory lamp is probably useless for a marine tank. I'd go ahead and replace it with another 50/50 or other marine lamp. You'll probably find out shortly that most factory light fixtures that come on tanks don't provide enough intensity for most corals regardless of the lamps you use. You'd be better off in the long run to think about replacing it with a fixture designed for a marine tank. Lots of choices but the led's are my personal favorite for appearance and ease of maintenance.
