Which one? Both look rough, but are definitely salvageable.
Low light around 75 par, moderate flow, feed 2-3x week with mysis and/or coral feast (or similar).
It should start to improve in a couple weeks.

No way! I've never seen one for that much that isn't a master with 4-6 colors and measuring 3-4 in in diameter. I have the 2x of the exact same piece and paid $250 for each. (Now mind you, that in the US...)

As for location, I keep all my scolys in the bottom of the tank. Most are in the sand, and a couple are on the lower rocks. IME, they much prefer to be flat as opposed to "tilted"... I've lost a couple along the way due to mounting at an angle and have had them bleach and recede when placed in light above 100 par.
