Sorry, I was referring to the outside of the tank, mine keeps getting cloudy. I can clean it, but it comes back very soon

What film is getting on it? Any smokers? Air fresheners? I’d worry whatever it is would get in the tank.

I just use windex on the outside

I use a flipper, to get the real hard spot I have to not use the magnet outside part and just hold it with my hand at an angle.. works great though

as for the outside good old RODI water and paper towel

rodi water should be sufficient, dont use window cleaners.

I use the Tunze glass cleaner. Works wonders and it is obviously safe to spray. Use a microfiber cloth

My tank is covered and I spray windex on the paper towel then walk over to clean the tank. No worry about contamination. I drop water when doing maintenance so need to windex to really get it clean.

I use 2/3 quart of RODI water, 1/3 vinegar and a couple of drops of dishwashing soap and paper towels in a spray bottle.

I use a flipper for the inside. On the outside I used to use Windex but have switched to Invisible Glass. Just point it at a downward angle so the overspray doesn't get in the tank.

I use RODI on the outer glass wiped off with a dry towel. I use the flipper on the inside.

I use 1/4 vinegar and 3/4 RODI in a spray bottle. Cleans salt creep, finger prints, etc off the glass. Plus I don't have to worry about spray getting into the tank.
