I have tried frozen mysis and Coral Frenzy 0.5mm Reef and Fish Pellets and it hasn't responded to either. I have a brain coral that eats the pellets like its candy. That one opens right up and extends its little feelers.
The tank is stable at
Temp 78F
Salinity 35 ppt
pH 8.1 API
Alkalinity 9.2 dKH Red Sea
Calcium 450 ppm Red Sea
Magnesium 1520 ppm Red Sea
Phosphate .03 ppm Salifert
Nitrate 2 ppm Salifert

The flow is random and not too strong and not direct and I have it sitting on the bottom of the tank. Lighting is Red Sea Reef LED 90's. I usually have them on at 100% for both white and blue but I just lowered that to 80%. Does it just need more time?

Is this a new addition? If so then yes, likely needs a little more time. Not sure on your lighting, could also be a problem if they're too strong or vastly different to what the coral was previously accustomed to.
