Ok so i recently moved in with my gf and was in the process of setting up my tank in my old house when i decided to move. While she was perfectly fine with me having my tank she wanted nothing to do with the maintenance on it. She had more fun picking out frags and a sea star than i think i did. after we got home and i got everything into the tank she started cleaning the wood stand and scraping the glass. now while i can guarantee shes not going to volunteer to clean the skimmer anytime soon just the increased interest makes me smile!!

My husband and I are both in the hobby, it's awesome to have something like this to share with each other but dangerous because we both want to buy stuff, lol

so far she just wants to buy stuff with my money..lol she does have very expensive taste and wants everything that has a difficult care level!
