I’m trying to remove this overflow panel and it is not coming. I’ve watched videos and researched the correct way to remove while using a razor blade, but it’s not budging.

it seems the glass is uneven and tighter at the top. I can get through some silicone.. but then it stops and starts sounding like grinding glass.
What do I do!

Have you tried to get a wire saw in there. Not much room but maybe

Its a piece of wire with loop handles on each end. You use it to saw the silicone seam apart.
kinda like this

You might try 11-15 lb fishing line and work it down like a saw.
This! Heat the area with a blow dryer and it might be easier?

Feeler gauges are another option if you have a set in the toolbox.

If you aren't a fisherman, perhaps you floss?

An old guitar string works well for this too
