I can't make my cotroller to work.

whats up every one, so my sysstem is doing the regular cycle. Every thing is working except for my controler.
I have contact apex for support, but is very annoying because it takes so lo g for they to answer anything.:mad:
The problem that i have is that i can't conect to fusion or my clasic dashboar using the IP address .

When I have had the issue, I just turn it off and back on and that seems to work

You know that you have to set it up first as in register for it as it's cloud based.
Let me tag @Terence in here, not sure if you have been talking to him about this.

Is this the old or new unit? How do you have it connected to the router? Wired or wireless?

This is a new unit it is connected with the cable.

OK first thing i would check is try to access the apex from the network. Get the ip from the apex net settings and see if you can access it from a pc on the same network. You may have to enter :8888 at the end of the ip.
