The tank is 180 gal. Been set up this time for about 18 months. I lost all my live stock for Katrina and just set it back up 18 months ago.
My rock was some old dead live rock. I soaked in bleach for a while, then dried out.
No sand this time. Went bare bottom.

All my SPS were mostly frags. Some were growing some. Was having trouble keeping water par. stable.
Water has been stable for a little while for the most part.
I had Monti eating nudies. dipped everything I could take out the tank a couple of times with Dr. G's SPS & LPS solution.
I had dipped all my corals with a dip before going in to display.
Lost almost all or losing all except for candy coral, 1 encrusting monti that was looking bad and is looking much better now. Just another piece of monti-cap.
no sign of nudies. Its been about 4 months since I dipped everything and most stuff going down hill. A couple of SPS that are still just hanging on have GHA on the parts that have died.
Been dosing Vibrant for a bout 2 weeks trying to get rid of the GHA on the dead part of carol. Well I think its GHA.
I would shut off the light for 3 days Algae got much better but come right back.
Thats why I started dosing vibrant.
