What is this neon green tube worm found on a mushroom frag? Is it reef safe?

Looks like mesenterial filaments, the “innards” of mushrooms. They spit them out when stressed or disturbed, and should retract them within a few hours or so after the stressor is gone. Its a defence mechanism and is harmless to the coral itself
