Can someone please let me know what type of algae this is. Seems to be brown hair like and is growing on rocks and sandbed. Could be different types. What can I do to help?

Looks like a combo oh mat algae and bryopsis starting to form.
Best recourse would be to reduce white light intensity and treat with liquid vibrant.

Will clean up crew help with this? Currently have snails and hermit crabs

Thats a Maybe, Tuxedo urchins and Ninja star snails may.
