Yeah that is a molt! Good job! Yes it will still be blue legged, sometimes they might be a bit pale as their new skeleton is still soft, but he will color up.
)
Squishie89, one last thing, I have about 15 shells in the tank from it to choose from, do I need to have the openings of the shell "up" so he can crawl in or can he maneuver them to his needs? Also can they use any shell or do they need a certain size? I thought it was just so their "tail" part can wrap around inside it right?

They can manuveor the shells and they usually will as they like to check the shell over. Sizing is a bit trickier. They will not go into something too big (or if they do they will change back) as it may be too heavy to lift/carry and overall a hindrance. One that is too small might leave them exposed when trying to retreat into their shell. The hermit should be able to put their entire body into the shell. I find it best to just offer an array of sizes so they can be picky if they want.
Ok cool. My OCD just kicked in and I added a few more lol. There's 28 shells to choose from and all sizes and shapes. If he can't find one outta this bunch, then he needs to go shoe shopping somewhere else lol. Thanks so much for the advice and the ability to sleep now. (Which I know won't happen cuz I'm still trying to find that "thing" that backed into the rock lol. But seriously, once again. Thanks everyone!!
