I noticed this growing under my favia today. I had gloves on doing maintenance so I touched it. Could see it move but not enough to see really what it is. Maybe a tube worm of some kind? Good or bad?

Could be a vermetid snail, have you noticed any long strings coming from it?

no. google them. pretty neat animal. filter feeder like sponges. Id guess IF the coral grows there itll push it off.
The coral has bout 3 billion years of evolution on the squirt.
