Everyday I find something g new in my tank today I wake to this.. It is a fast lover only moving the arms "so far" not sure b t I think it may be another anemone?

Nope i just scared it and saw it retreat into the hole. Maybe a crab?

They only stick their fans out for a little bit that's y I never notice them and they rbdown in the rock. U think they will,come out as they grow?

Nope. They live in the holes. If they are out of there, it's usually just to move elsewhere or that something is wrong.
