The Aiptasia forest? or what looks like like species of dichyota algea?

The algae looks like augophyllum wysorii the coral seems to be aiptasia

It’s a rare algae, slow growing wend compared to others and not invasive.

Personally, I would focus on the aiptasia first. That is plenty bad unless you are fish only.
