I don’t know what this stuff is??

Okay so today I noticed those white web stuff on my rocks. I check parameters and they are all good just 5-10ppm nitrates which I like for my zoas. As you see in pictures I have about 12 corals, 2 clowns, rock flower anemone, mandarin goby, turbo snail, horseshoe crab, 2 Nassarius snails and one had baby’s I saw about 2 baby’s i don’t know how many others. I run a sump with copepod refugium as they multiply daily. But never saw this stuff before and was hoping to get some insight on what it is and if it’s bad?

Do you dose organic carbon (DOC) like NopoX?

During my water change I take out my carbon bag and put new carbon in but this was 2 days ago and it doesn’t usually do this
