Weird spiral growing mass... It appeared overnight. Wiped off with toothbrush and disintegrated into the filter.... sorry for spelling on title, mobile phone at work.

Ok so should I have left them ? Lol i know freshwater snails can take over. My first saltwater reef tank.

Cerith lay a lot of eggs, but rarely take over. Or even reproduce.
