Starting last Friday I have now lost 4 fish..Coral Beauty, Royal Gramma and 2 Clowns..Came home Friday to Coral Beauty and Royal Gramma lost and then 2 days later both clownfish!!??...They were all perfectly fine and eating..tested water after each loss and water was fine:
Ammonia 0..Nitrites 0..Nitrates 60ppm..(been working on lowering)...
All that remains now in my 110 is 4 hermit crabs and 4 green chromis...all seem fine..so frustrating..ughhh

Oh no, how frustrating!

Did you QT the fish before putting them in the tank? no signs of diseases on any of them?
The Coral Beauty did have popeye which got better and showed some signs of lympho...other than that no signs of anything on any of the other fish, all were eating and acting fine

Nitrate is so high, could there be an ammonia spike? Just thinking out loud.
Tank is fairly new..1st fish went in 5/31..after about 45 day fishless cycle..Ammonia has read 0 since the cycle ended, i even have an ammonia badge, which always reads 0...Fish have been doing fine, eating and such not showing any signs of duress

No flashing, scratching, head twitching, swimming into power heads, heavy breathing, or reclusiveness? Any redness around the gills?

No, not at all..the only thing I noticed the night before the Coral Beauty and Royal Gramma died was that the Royal did not come out to eat as normal, just stayed in hole of rock looking out..next day dead in that hole...just flipped around..as far as the clownfish go 2 days later not even a sign of anything wrong..they always stayed as a pair and kinda strange they both died together..they were the first 2 fish in tank

How awful for you ... I'm sorry for your loss !! Anybody been spraying cleaner or air freshener s maybe in the same room as the tank ?

When was the last fish/coral/invert added to this tank? And do you QT?

From a disease standpoint, it sounds like velvet: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/velvet-amyloodinium-ocellatum.217570/

But a toxin or ammonia in the water is also possible. Do you have any corals? How are they looking? Hermit crabs can survive almost anything. :D
No corals, FOWLR..ammonia tests all show 0, i have tested numerous times and also have an ammonia badge..the only other thing was each day after i did a small water change..4 gallons..that is when the fish were found..but my tank is 110 so wouldn't think 4 gallons would do much

Can you think of anything which might have gotten into the water vat? Household cleaner, roach spray, air freshener, etc.? A little bit of one of those can go a long way towards ruining your tank. :(

No, the Brute can has a lid and is always closed...i did notice that the rodi water kinda had a chemically smell to it inside the brute can..almost like leaching or something, water was only in can for about 3 weeks but constantly being used for water change and evap top off..4 green chromis and tank now seem fine tho..im kinda lost

"...the rodi water had a 'chemically smell' to it..."
That might be a clue. Any significant history with your RODI system? Its water source?

The unit was purchased and first started use in January..never any issues with the water quality produced..use a tds meter and it always reads 0..

Every time you make new water, do you check for chlorine and chloramines?
