I don't know what's wrong with my fish please help

I have a fairy wrasse I quarantine for three weeks treated with pazi pro as a preventative introduced him in to start it's been a few days and he's swimming horribly it's like he does not use his tail fin to help stabilize him he is making an attachment to eat but has hard time getting food and I don't see any visual signs of sickness

Does the whole back half look paralyzed? Could be a spinal cord injury perhaps

Are there any visible white/red spots present? Is he floating to the surface when he doesn't move or does he just appear to not use his tail?

He does not float to surface he's continuously trying to keep himself stable not using tail fin sometimes rest on sanded upside down not white or red spots visible

If that's the case and you don't see any swelling of the abdomen then it may not be a swim bladder issue. I would be suspicious of a spinal cord injury at this point and I'm hoping some of the wrasse experts can comment soon. I had a similar issue in the past.

A couple more questions:
Is he eating?
Is he pooping and how does it look?
Is he breathing normally (not rapid)?

yes he's eating he was able to get some brine shrimp a little bit ago I feed flakes this morn but he could not catch them what ended up happening with your fish?

Eating is a good sign. Unfortunately my wrasse didn't make it. Sometimes they do heal though so good supportive care (feeding/free of harassment) will help and time will tell. As jsker said better pictures more straight on will be helpful.

Have you tested for ammonia and is there good air in the tank?
Is the water clouded at all? Like a bacterial bloom?

Sounds and looks like a swim bladder disease/infection, but wait for the crews response.

Tank is not cloudy there is good water movement disrupting the surface so I would assume there is good air and i see microbubbles I will check now for ammonia

Could also be an intestine problem/blockage associated with over eating and eating pellets too quickly.

what would be the treatment for that? and that's a no go on the ammonia tested a zero
