I've been messing up for five seven years I really don't do test on my aquarium and I hardly do water changes but why does my tank look like this?

this is no lie what should I do start all over, was thinking about removing my sand bed and putting inn crush coral

sometime thing may get bored abit. I do complete over haul. The tank look best after cleaned and empty haha

I don't know about the crushed coral, I think that might give you nitrate issues down the road, specially due to your husbandry. Why not go Bare bottom instead?

Just re-do the aquascape and add some livestock, get yourself pumped again

I agree on re doing the rock scape. Make it so that the flow in the tank gets in through the rock a little better.

If you want to change something, start doing water testing and water changes. Different rock work, different substrate, none of that makes a tank successful.
