Currently I am feeding 1 oz of photo plankton and two frozen cubes of mices and brine shrimp. I alternate sometimes between brine shrimp and bloodworms and I also use the eggs sometimes. I've lost a couple of fish over the last 2 weeks that haven't been visually distressed and my water quality is good I'm thinking I'm not feeding enough. That being said my nitrate is higher than I would like it to be it's sitting in the 50ppm range. I do 20 gallon water changes every 2 weeks and I clean my filter out once a month. I am currently using a fluval 6 with undergravel filtration. So I have massive amounts of bacterial growth.

Feed what can be consumed in 2-3 minutes
Easier to add than remove

I would suspect the Maroon clown stressing some of your fish. They are kinda mean and territorial.

Are you running your under gravel filter with reverse flow??
How dirty is your filter after 1 month? Do you turn it off for feeding?

2 cubes of food for all those mouths is not that much, IMO. 1 oz of phyto in 125 gallon is very small amount.

I agree with aqua man that the deaths could be due to stress as I see you have many clowns. Even the Clark is can be quit abusive. I would also add more variety to diet as brine is just a snack not a meal
