Can I screw back on the reflectors and open it from the back? There’s nothing under the reflectors

Likely not. Should have been made to service while still hanging.

Only other route that could have been taken was to install from ends. But that’s unlikely.

It doesn’t look like that big of a deal. I’m going to try to do this.

You’re absolutely correct. Seems a lil a** backwards but that’s how they engineered it.

Channel 2 is only flickering (6 bulbs flickering) channel 1 (2 bulbs) are working perfect.

I'm not familiar with the dimmable ballast, but most ballasts today have stab in connections for the leads. Wires easily pop out at that point as well as what olonmv pointed out. With how tight and clean they try to manage those wires I wouldnt be surprised if thats your issue

Looking at that picture you're looking at 4 x 2 lamp ballasts. I would be looking at the neutral, white wire, connection on the power side of the ballast for flicker. If there is a wago or splitter/wire nut that shoots out to channel 2's 3 ballasts check that as well.

For 3 ballasts all to be flickering, this is your first point to rule out

Does the dimmable ati have 2 cords as well, and do they still have that funky EU/US plug adapter? If so maybe try swapping that out as well.

Usually when it’s a line issue, either nothing works or all lamps react the same.

My thinking is it has the quick stab in connections and a neutral is sitting on the connection point and not in it. But I hear ya
