Your type was easy lol that was the first thing I tried and no luck. Mine has to be taken out with UV.
that’s the newest thing I’ve learned. UV can be beneficial in reef tanks

I figure out its IMPOSSIBLE to master 3 things:
1) golf
2) understanding the opposite sex
3) keeping a near perfect reef

Over the years I have figured out that keeping a reef system is dynamic. In the sense that it is always changing with water parameters, things we add and things we take out. Fluctuation is a natural part of things and once I figured that out things became a bit more complex; but also simpler in some ways. I no longer chase for static results of my tank being exactly one parameter but instead look for ranges to keep things within.

I figured out algae will grow no matter what i dose. But herbivores will get rid of hair algae like urchins.
