So I found a baby aptasia on my skeleton of hammer coral! What’s a safe way to remove it? I seen that electric wand online but I’m worried it will hurt my coral. The aptasia is super small, should I wait for it to get bigger?

There are lots of options on how to get rid of it. I use kalkwasser dissolved in vinegar and inject it with a plastic syringe directly onto any aptasia. Another good method is to use gel superglue and completely cover it up. There are also products like aptasia x. What ever you choose, doing nothing is not the way to go.

I have smothered them with putty with success.

We used aiptasia X. It was a lot of fun watching it implode. Sort of like spraying a wasp from 10 feet away.

And where there is one, there is probably more. The packages comes with dozens of doses & a curved syringe to reach into holes in the rocks. It worked great.

Try to pull the aptasia out with hemostats or tweezers.
You won't get the base.
Hit with h2o2.
Do it outside your tank if possible, in a container of tank water.
