A few weeks ago I purchased a BTA from my LFS and placed it in my tank. He seemed happy and moved around a bit and attached to my rock work. The next morning he was gone, nowhere to be found. I looked in the rock work, sump, and overflow. Nothing.

Today I'm doing some maintenance and see something glowing in my overflow slots. I pop the cover and bam, there he is attached to a slot wide open and happy as can be.

I had a discussion with him about leaving the house without telling anyone and gentley nudged him home.

I'd just like to thank the community posts that discussed how they do disappear from time to time and people find them sooner or later. They curbed my disappointment and I always had hope he'd show up again.

Thanks for the good news!

Now that you know you've got one prone to walking, it's a great time to ensure your powerheads and all danger points are nem safe.
