I get same fast running thinks in the sand, ID ?

Hello all of your.
i get same fast running thinks in the sand, looking like a ant, size 1-2mm , and is coming more of this. Anyone have an idea what this can by ? I tried to make picture , but this is to small .

Look up munnid isopod see if they look like that. If they do they are good guys
