I got a Air Exchanger! Now how do I install?

Got this air exhanger and my sump is in the basement. The decision to justify this cost is my Ph went up .1 after leaving the basement windows open. I got alot of bugs inside so need a better solutuion


Basement is 1500 sq/ft and no walls

Basement is 1500 sq/ft and no walls

Duct the inlet side to the exterior, covered with a screen.

An outside airline for a skimmer intake would have been much cheaper.....and quieter.
